We carried out a full house refurbishment, including a loft and kitchen extension. We constructed a mansard roof with two projecting victorian sash windows, which have created a seamless transition between the existing and new brickwork, in order to maintain the consistency and character of the building.
The loft conversion has added additional bedroom space which has transformed the property into a large family home, which better suited the aspirations of the client. By extending the kitchen to the side and the rear, along with the careful configuration of the ground floor layout, has achieved a large open plan living space of high quality and specification.
