A full refurbishment of this central London apartment was all about the detail. Our team of craftsmen worked with Marble, Hardwoods, Glass and Copper to create a stunning living space. We worked closely with the architects to turn a one bedroom derelict flat into a spacious, light and airy two bedroom with additional study apartment designed for modern living.
Four storeys up the old tenants would have suffered from a very low water pressure. In a modern apartment totally unacceptable so the team innovated a system to deliver high pressure to the kitchen, family bathroom and new ensuite. The renovation work to the roof Lantern needed planning and care but this paid off as the retention feature offers real dimension to the living area.
